FRACTIONAL AI LEADERSHIP · KELOWNA, BC · HELLO@NAITE.IO

The subscriptions are live. The work hasn't changed.

That is where most companies your size are stuck with AI. I hold the AI seat for a small number of owner-run businesses: accountable for what gets built, what it returns, and what gets shut down when it misses. My team does the building. You see the results in your numbers every month, misses first.

Start with the assessment$1,500 flat. Credited if you engage. Yours to keep either way. Read a sample report first
1. Misses reported first.
2. A recommend-against in every report.
3. No tool commissions, ever.
1.0 — THE PROBLEM

The tools were never the hard part.

Most AI projects in companies your size fail quietly. Someone points a tool at the wrong task, gives it nothing to work with, and moves on. Nobody owns the result, so nobody notices.

Another subscription won't fix that. A person will: someone who watches how the work gets done, finds where you're paying salaries for machine-shaped work, and stays on the hook for the number each build was supposed to move.

If you've been burned by software before, you're the normal one. The method below assumes it.
2.0 — THE METHOD

Two weeks to a plan. One build a month after that.

2.1

The assessment

Two weeks. I interview your team, watch the real work, and time it. Then you get a written report: the three biggest opportunities priced in your own numbers, what I'd build first, and at least one thing I'd tell you not to build. The report is yours either way.

2.2

The builds

My team ships one system a month, aimed at the most expensive bottleneck I found. Each build starts from a measured baseline and carries kill criteria in writing. If it misses, I stop it and tell you why.

2.3

The guardrails

A one-page AI policy your staff can follow. A register of every system with a named human owner. A checkpoint on anything that touches money, contracts, or customers. Nothing runs unsupervised until it has earned it. Your client data stays where you decide, and nothing you share with me trains anyone's model. My team builds with your staff, not around them, and nobody gets automated out by surprise.

2.4

The memo

One page, same day every month, with the invoice attached. What ran, what it returned against baseline, what broke, and what we did about it. Misses come first. If the page can't defend the invoice, don't pay it.

This is the part clients skip. Don't.
Every number gets a source. A count or a stopwatch, nothing else.

3.0 — THE PERSON IN THE SEAT

NATHAN FLAVEL · KELOWNA, BC

The person in the seat.

I'm Nathan Flavel: managing broker, executive producer, and author of the #1 bestseller Hold the Room. I run my own companies on the systems nAIte installs, and a national webinar series has put my methods in front of hundreds of professionals.

Every recommendation in your report has already been run inside a business I own, where a miss cost me money before it could cost you any.

I take no commissions on any tool I recommend. And every report includes at least one thing I'll tell you not to build.

4.0 — THE TERMS

Priced on what ships, not hours logged.

TIERMONTHLY (CAD)WHAT SHIPS EVERY MONTH
The Seatfrom $4,500The expensive mistakes you don't make. Every vendor pitch dissected before you sign anything. Governance and the AI register kept current. Your questions answered the day you ask them. The one-page results memo, misses first.
The Seat + Buildsfrom $9,000Everything above, plus one working system shipped every month: baseline measured before it starts, kill criteria in writing, your staff trained on it. You end every month with something running that wasn't running before.
The Full BacklogLet's talkMultiple builds in flight at once, for an owner who wants the whole list dealt with this quarter. I take one of these at a time.

For scale: hiring this seat full-time is a $400,000-plus first-year commitment and a four-month search. The seat, without the hire, starts at $4,500.

Every engagement starts with the assessment.

Two weeks, $1,500 flat, credited against your first month if you engage within 60 days. If you don't need me, the report will say so, and it's still yours.
